At zandella.com we can offer you Australia Post through whom we ship our goods and a low flat rate is calculated. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and keep our prices low. As a result, dispatch rates and policies are subject to change with out notice.
ITEMS ON ORDER
There are occasions when an item is temporarily out of stock. We'll immediately process and ship the items in stock. Within 10 days we will ship the back order to you with no further shipping charges
If there are any problems with items out of stock we will email you with the details immediately.
IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach their country of destination. Zandella does not take responsibility for these duties or taxes they are the responsibility of the purchaser. These charges are not reflected in our purchase prices. zandella.com is required by Australian Taxation Laws to charge the GST. 10% to any order dispatched within Australia these the prices displayed on our web site are inclusive of GST.
International customers are not obliged to pay this tax and we have a program with these prices for International customers as well as an exchange rate conversion.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer you a 30-day money back guarantee on all our products. Providing the product is returned to us in its original condition within 30-days of you receiving the goods. We will refund the full purchase price to the customer.
